If you are using VSee Messenger on your Mac for the first time, make sure to enable your Microphone for VSee. You may refer to below step-by-step guide on how to do this.
Go to "System Preferences" on your dock
Go to "Security and Privacy"
Go to "Microphone". On the right panel, look for "VSee" and make sure the tick box is checked as shown below
Restart your app by clicking "VSee" on the top navigation bar, then click "Quit VSee"
Log back in and you should see your microphone to be working perfectly!
To double check, you may run a "Test Call" by looking for "Test Call" under your contacts
or open the App Preference by pressing the command button and ",". If the microphone is working, you should see the green bars moving as shown below:
