No Sound or Audio after Upgrading to Windows 10

If you are experiencing "no sound" issues after upgrading to Windows 10, we recommend you update your audio drivers. To do that:

1. Type the words Device Manager into the search box on the taskbar, then select Device Manager from the list of results.

2. Expand Sound, video and game controllers.

3. Right-click on the current sound driver and choose uninstall.
4. Click Scan for hardware changes and the updated driver will be automatically installed.

If the sound is still not working, try downloading and installing the latest sound card drivers for Windows 10 from the manufacturer's website.
