If you are having problems connecting VSee, please go to Connectivity Test page and click "Run Diagnostic" after you have made sure that you have properly installed VSee. Connectivity checker checks if your PC can access the sites necessary to make a VSee call.
This page can reveal whether a firewall is preventing VSee logins or calling. This would be common in a Corporate or Hospital setting.
Note: It is still possible for a firewall to block specific applications (like VSee) and this page will not detect that.
