Mac audio 'pop-click' sound

There is a known issue with some MacBook/MacBook Pro notebooks, where the internal speaker will sometimes make a loud 'pop' or 'pop-click' sound when the audio is switched on. The sound is like an old filament light bulb breaking. You may hear this even when your speaker volume is muted.

This is an issue with OS X and not caused by VSee.

Some users have had success using a utility/script in OS X called Antipop. Please note that VSee is not affiliated in any way with Antipop/tomsick.net. Install Antipop at your own risk.
