Firewall issue: Video Quality

Go to your VSee Addressbook.  Click "Settings"-->"Network Statistics". This will open two tools to help you monitor whether it is the network, CPU, or firewall that is affecting the call quality.  

Look at the connection type in the “Network Statistics” window. The 3 possible types are:

  1. Direct
  2. UDP new relay
  3. HTTP new relay

Solution:

It is best to be on a "Direct" call. If you are on a "Relay" call, have your IT open the firewall to allow VSee. Please see http://vsee.com/firewall to see the port numbers to be opened.

    Opening the Stats page and clicking on Users does not bring up a box which looks like the one shown on this help page.  You need to update the help pages so they reflect what users actually see!
