Before following the steps below, please make sure you are logged-in using the correct email address that you want to check.
Check Current Version and Plan
Windows: On VSee main screen, please click the Three dots > Help > About VSee.
Mac: Click VSee on the top menu bar. Select About VSee.
A window will show up displaying your account's current App version (e.g. 4.3 (37423)) and Subscription plan (e.g. VSee Pro).
1. Please follow the steps above then click on Upgrade button. Alternatively, you can open your address book, then click on Help > Upgrade Account.
2. Choose the plan you want to upgrade to. Supply your billing information and click Pay Now. If you see that your account is currently on a "managed plan", please contact email@example.com directly.
Downgrade / Cancel Subscription / Delete VSee Messenger Account
