We've had various reports of Microsoft Surface struggling with Audio Echo.
The problem is due to the Surface Internal Microphone settings.
Below you'll find step-by-step instructions on how to solve this particular issue.
3. Note: your microphone device on Surface is named something like "Microphone array"
4. Note: We're showing Speakers Properties in this screenshot, but for your Surface, you need to disable Enhancements for Microphone Properties.
